You know, there are some days I think I learn more useful knowledge from listening to Rick and Bubba than on any of the other high-fallutin' talk radio shows out there...
For example, this morning on my drive into work, they were discussing the award for the
best warning labels out on the market today. First place went to a toliet brush that had the label, "Do not use for personal hygiene." Now you and I know what this means--somewhere, somebody thought--ya know, I just can't get that spot on my back clean enough, so why not use the toliet brush?!? All I can say is--I hope it was a new toliet brush and not one that was already used to clean the toliet.
Second place went to a scooter that's warning label said, "This product moves when used." Third place went to a digital thermometer that's warning told users, "Once used rectally, the thermometer should not be used orally.” Yeah, I thought those two were pretty much obvious..but then again, you never do know. (You can read the other winners on their web site)
Speaking of things you that should be obvious--have you heard about
the guy suing Fear Factor because the stunt he saw on there made him ill? Come on! You must be kidding, right? It's
Fear Factor! What did you expect when you tuned it, man? It's not like the show hasn't been on the airwaves for at least three or more years now.
