The rumors were true! SciFi
has finally realized that their programming is incomplete without the greatest TV show to EVER air and has bought the rights to air the new
Doctor Who starting in March. The show will run as part of SciFi Fridays starting in March, presumably after
Stargate Atlantis ends its run. (Which, quite frankly,
Stargate Atlantis has become so trite, predictable and boring that they could replace it now and I don't think anyone would care!).
All I can say is--this is awesome news for American
Doctor Who fans who haven't seen the show yet. Man, having a two-hour block of
Doctor Who followed by
Battlestar Galactica on Friday nights. I may never leave the house on Fridays nights again....
